The State Referee Committee (SRC) of our Referee Program has named Jack Deplitch as the State Director of Instruction (SDI) replacing Kevin Wah who is retiring from the position.

Kevin has served as SDI for several years and brought the referee instruction program to a new level. Keeping up with educational and administrative changes from US Soccer, Kevin improved our training and certification processes by establishing the use of online coursework and testing and providing training credit for attendance at referee seminars and special presentations. Our referee program has successfully certified over 6000 referees in our state each year due to the quality of our instruction program which has been managed by him. Kevin’s involvement in the program as SDI will be missed but we anticipate that he will continue to serve the referee community by instructing and assessing.

Jack is currently the Area Director of Instruction for the north and we welcome him as our new SDI.
