SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING CHANGING CLINICS

We are aware that the registration system is not applying payment from one clinic to another. If you need to switch out of a clinic, please contact the Referee Office (703-491-1717 or mdcvasrp@erols.com) or the Registrar (twfrank@aol.com) so that we can assist with the transfer to another clinic. If you try to cancel a registration and re-enroll in another clinic on your own, you will be charged the fee again. Let us help you.
