The Metro DC-Virginia State Referee Program is pleased to announce that we will conduct a full ITIP (Instructional Theory Into Practice) course for referee instructors. It will be held on February 11-12 and February 18-19, 2006, at the Dominion Power Training Facility in Chester, Virginia.

Any DCV instructor who is at the Grade 9/Associate Referee Instructor level and has been for over one year and now wishes to upgrade to the Referee Instructor level (Grade 8/7) should notify their Area Director of Instruction and submit their name for consideration. Non-DCV (out-of-state) instructors should contact their own SDIs and request that a recommendation be sent to Paul Mungra, DCV SDI, for inclusion in the class. Space is limited and preference will be given to current Associate Referee Instructors in the DCV area.
