The Referee Program is planning to hold a New Assignor Course on Saturday, March 14, 2009, at Cascades Public Library in Potomac Falls, VA, from 9:30 AM until 5:30 PM.

Registrants must contact the State Office NLT March 10 to register.  The course is subject to cancellation if there is insufficient pre-registration for this course.
