Andy Chapin
Andy Chapin has been a USSF National Referee since 2000. He joined the panel of MLS referees in 2004, working his first match in the center on June 9, 2004 in Colorado. Prior to working in MLS, Andy worked several seasons in the United Soccer Leagues (USL) professional divisions and was selected to work the USL Division 1 semi-finals from 2002-2004.

Bill Dittmar
Bill has been a USSF National Referee since 1998. He has worked in MLS as an Assistant Referee since the 1996 inaugural season, when he worked the line in MLS Semi-Finals. Through the 2004 MLS season, Bill has worked over 58 MLS matches. Prior to working in MLS, Bill has worked Professional games as a referee as well as an AR in the the United Soccer Leagues (USL) professional divisions since 1995 and was selected to work as the referee in the USL Division 2 Championship in 1997.

Ben Jones
Ben first obtained his National Referee badge with USSF in 2003. He has been working games in MLS since 2004. In his first two seasons, Ben worked 9 games as a 4th Official and 8 as Referee. Prior to working in MLS, Ben worked several seasons in the United Soccer Leagues (USL) professional divisions and was selected to work the USL Division 2 Championship in 2004. Ben has also been registered as a USSF Associate Assessor since 2004.

Steve Taylor
Steve has been a USSF National Referee since 1999. He has been working MLS games as an Assistant Referee since the inaugural season, 1996. Through the 2004 MLS season, Steve has worked 76 MLS matches. Prior to working in MLS, Steve worked several seasons in the United Soccer Leagues (USL) professional divisions. Steve also serves the game as a USSF State Assessor and USSF Provisional Instructor.
