The following MDCVSA leagues/divisions have been designated as "Top Adult Division 1 Leagues" for assessment of referees attempting to upgrade to Grade 5 and for Grade 5 maintenance assessments.

All candidates for upgrade to Grade 5 must submit a comprehensive list of their games that count for upgrade to Grade 5 to the SDA prior to their upgrade approval.  This list should include at a minimum, the game date, league, division, teams and assignor’s name.
